Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
Horizons Architecture Systems is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with diverse abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards throughout our development process.
Technologies Used
The platform is built with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks. We use WAI-ARIA attributes to enhance accessibility where standard HTML is insufficient. The platform is designed to be compatible with current versions of major screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
Conformance Standard
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. This includes providing text alternatives for non-text content, ensuring content is adaptable and distinguishable, making all functionality keyboard-accessible, providing sufficient time for users to read and interact with content, and avoiding content that could cause seizures or physical reactions.
Known Limitations
Some AI-generated content may not fully meet accessibility standards as it is dynamically produced. We are actively working to improve the accessibility of AI outputs. Some third-party integrations may have their own accessibility limitations. We document known issues and work with vendors to resolve them.
Reporting Barriers
If you encounter accessibility barriers while using the platform, please contact us at info@horizonsarchitecture.ai. Include a description of the issue, the page or feature involved, and your assistive technology if applicable. We aim to respond within 5 business days and resolve issues within 30 days where feasible.
