Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HA Learning Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Horizons Architecture Systems.
Service Description
The HA Learning Platform is an AI-assisted educational tool designed to support structured analysis of complex challenges across six dimensions. The platform provides AI-assisted educational tools including guided analysis, structured reflection, and development tracking. The service is provided for educational purposes and does not replace professional advice in any domain.
User Accounts
You must register for an account to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for its intended educational purposes. You must not: attempt to reverse-engineer the AI systems, upload malicious content, impersonate others, circumvent security measures, use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, or violate applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
Intellectual Property
The platform, its design, code, AI models, and educational frameworks are the intellectual property of Horizons Architecture Systems. You retain ownership of the content you create on the platform (journal entries, reflections, uploaded artifacts). We claim no ownership of your educational work.
User Content
You retain all rights to content you create or upload. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service (including AI analysis). This license terminates when you delete your content or your account. Your content is never used to train AI models.
AI-Generated Content
The platform generates AI-assisted analysis, suggestions, and guidance responses. This content is provided for educational support and should be evaluated critically. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and do not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Horizons Architecture Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through the competent courts in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico, or the courts of your EU member state if applicable.
